Refund Policy

You may cancel any paid services at any time you want, however you won't be issued a refund except in our sole discretion, or if legally required past our trial date. The goal of our free trial is to give you 30 days to try and test out TokAudit and make a decision if you're satisfied or not with the services to continue.

Software Upgrades
Software upgrades to lifetime access is nonrefundable.  Purchases of the lifetime access is nonrefundable.  Any upsells to the program are nonrefundable and extra purchases.  Please make sure you opt into the 30 day free trial if you want to test run the software without being charged.
Cancellation of Subcription

To cancel a subscription, you may have purchased from TokAudit, you may login to your Account and follow the cancellation procedures. There will be no refunds or return of prorated subscription fees for unused days in a subscription cycle. If you cancel, you may continue to use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term.

If you have a dispute concerning any payment transaction, please contact us at If, at any time, you contact your bank or credit card company to reject the charge of any payable fees (“Chargeback”), this act will be considered a breach of your payment obligations, and we reserve the right to automatically terminate your use of the Services. We reserve the right to dispute any Chargeback and take all reasonable action to authorize the transaction. In the event of a Chargeback, your Account may be terminated and any files, data, or content contained in your Account may be subject to cancellation. We will not be liable for any loss of files, data or content as a result of a Chargeback.
Payment Procesor
We use a third party payment processor (the “Payment Processor”) to bill you through a payment account linked to your Account. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor, in addition to these Terms. Our current Payment Processor is Paddle, and your payments are processed by Paddle in accordance with Paddle' Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We don’t control and are not liable for the security or performance of the Payment Processor. We reserve the right to correct, or to instruct our Payment Processor to correct, any errors or mistakes, even if payment has already been requested or received.
Fees and Payments
You shall pay any fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. All payment obligations are non-cancelable and all Life Time amounts paid are nonrefundable

Charges, if applicable, for access to the Service are billed in advance on a monthly, yearly or 1 time only Life Time basis and you authorize TokAudit to charge the credit card on file for each payment. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of use of the Service or for upgrades/downgrades. You must provide TokAudit with valid credit card information to use certain functionality of the Service and you represent that you are the cardholder of the credit card used for payment and are authorized to provide this authorization. TokAudit reserves the right to modify its fees and charges and to introduce new charges at any time. For any upgrade or downgrade in service level, your credit card will automatically be charged the new rate on your next billing cycle. If you miss a payment, TokAudit may notify you by phone or mail, but has no obligation to do so. An invalid credit card or failure to remit payment in no way relieves you of payment for the Service.

If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid month, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current monthly billing period at which time your access will be terminated.
